Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (Internal title: Project Management IV) Manage and implement the assigned projects from inception through to completionDevelop new project or program plans and expectations in consultation with and delegating deliverables to stakeholders, including clientsDetermine and manage the human and material resources required to complete assigned projects successfullyFormulate a resource allocation strategy and utilize this to distribute work and budgetsExercise authority in managing the work and control the delivery of the projects per project plansReview and ensure adherence to the overall scope, schedule, and budgetIdentify risks and entrench mitigation strategies and contingency plansMonitor and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlinesEvaluate the project's effectiveness by consulting with clients and other stakeholdersEstablish and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, client executives, key stakeholders, and OperationsLead scope change negotiationsOversee ongoing quality control, participate in quality issue resolution, and manage internal quality control checks for the projectDefine success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycleComplete any tasks assigned by manager or higher in an efficient and timely mannerLead the planning, design, and execution of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, including substations, overhead and underground transmission lines, and distribution networksIdentify and pursue opportunities for additional business with the client, including upselling services and expanding project scopesCollaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and strategies to secure new business opportunitiesProvide insights into market trends and client needs to inform business development strategies and enhance service offeringsEnsure compliance with utility regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements in all project phasesCollaborate with utility companies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to align project goals with industry standards and client expectationsManage the integration of renewable energy sources into T&D systems, ensuring grid stability and reliabilityOversee the implementation of advanced technologies, such as smart grids, SCADA systems, and energy storage solutions, to enhance operational efficiencyConduct risk assessments specific to T&D projects, including grid reliability, load forecasting, and system resilienceProvide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams specializing in T&D infrastructureWorking Conditions Office-based (hybrid)
