Location: Downtown Calgary, AB (Hybrid)
Language: Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
Duration: Contract through May 2027, potential for extension or permanency based on business needs
Compensation: $27$32/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, rotational shifts between 8am - 6pm MST
Hybrid working: Remote for first 3 weeks of training, on site for following 2 weeks of training. Once training complete moves to 4 days on site per month.

Our client in the financial services sector is seeking multiple Bilingual Processing Representatives to join their operations team. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will play an important role in supporting account administration activities, transaction processing, and operational workflows. Youll process financial and non-financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
Youll review documentation and account information to verify completeness and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up
Youll communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding documentation and processing issues
Youll maintain accurate records and update information within internal systems
Youll support account administration activities and operational workflows across multiple product and service lines
Youll investigate processing exceptions and work collaboratively to ensure timely resolution
Youll contribute to service quality standards by meeting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround expectations
Youll support ongoing process improvements and operational initiatives as required
College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new technology platforms
Previous experience in financial services, operations, administration, transaction processing, or customer service is considered an asset
