Reporting to the Director, Creating Shared Value, you'll work alongside a collaborative team focused on developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that address complex health challenges. Your Responsibilities

• You'll support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on improving health outcomes and advancing health equity.

• You'll analyze program and impact data to support reporting, evaluation, and decision-making activities.

• You'll develop presentations, reports, and materials that communicate insights, recommendations, and program outcomes to a variety of audiences.

• You'll collaborate with community organizations, non-profit partners, government stakeholders, and internal teams to advance key initiatives.

• You'll help build and maintain relationships with external partners while supporting stakeholder engagement activities.

• You'll contribute to impact measurement and storytelling efforts that demonstrate the value and outcomes of programs and partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, program management, social impact, partnerships, strategy, innovation, or a related field.

• University degree in business, public policy, social impact, public health, innovation, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with data and developing actionable insights.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and reports.
