Reporting to the Director, Creating Shared Value, you'll work alongside a collaborative team focused on developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that address complex health challenges. This role offers the opportunity to engage with community organizations, public sector stakeholders, and internal leaders while contributing to projects that deliver measurable impact.

You'll support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on improving health outcomes and advancing health equity.
You'll analyze program and impact data to support reporting, evaluation, and decision-making activities.
You'll develop presentations, reports, and materials that communicate insights, recommendations, and program outcomes to a variety of audiences.
You'll collaborate with community organizations, non-profit partners, government stakeholders, and internal teams to advance key initiatives.
You'll help build and maintain relationships with external partners while supporting stakeholder engagement activities.
You'll contribute to impact measurement and storytelling efforts that demonstrate the value and outcomes of programs and partnerships.
3+ years of experience in consulting, program management, social impact, partnerships, strategy, innovation, or a related field.
University degree in business, public policy, social impact, public health, innovation, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with data and developing actionable insights.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and reports.
