This is a unique opportunity to help shape and operationalize an evolving Creating Shared Value strategy within a complex healthcare and social impact environment. Working closely with senior leaders, portfolio owners, and cross-functional teams, you will lead the planning, governance, performance management, and investment oversight processes that ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable social and organizational value. If you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, translating data into actionable insights, and driving accountability across multiple stakeholders, this role offers a rare combination of enterprise strategy, portfolio leadership, and meaningful impact.

What's In It for You

  • Join a mission-driven organization committed to improving the health and wellbeing of Canadians
  • Gain exposure to executive leadership, enterprise-wide strategy, and high-profile initiatives
  • Play a key role in shaping and scaling a growing social impact portfolio
  • Work alongside collaborative leaders across healthcare, product, strategy, operations, data, and corporate affairs
  • Be part of a culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to work that creates measurable social impact while strengthening your leadership and strategic planning capabilities

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll lead annual planning and quarterly performance review processes across the Creating Shared Value portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, investment commitments, and impact targets
  • You'll establish and manage governance processes, including executive reporting, steering committees, dashboards, risk management, and performance tracking
  • You'll oversee portfolio-level performance measurement, translating operational, financial, and impact data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and executive audiences
  • You'll manage investment tracking, budget oversight, and resource planning across a multi-million-dollar portfolio, supporting effective decision-making and accountability
  • You'll coordinate and support portfolio leads, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain on track and key issues are escalated appropriately
  • You'll prepare executive-ready presentations, briefing notes, dashboards, reports, and board-level materials that communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes
  • You'll contribute to the development and scaling of new strategic initiatives, helping move ideas from concept through implementation

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, business operations, PMO, consulting, transformation, healthcare strategy, social impact, or a related field
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and enterprise-level visibility
  • Strong governance, planning, performance management, and executive reporting experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar budgets, investments, portfolios, or strategic programs
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive- and board-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, assess risks, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align priorities, and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial analysis, reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations
  • Post-secondary education in business, public policy, healthcare, social impact, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or PMP certification is considered an asset
