About the Opportunity
Our client in the public sector is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a collaborative platform team focused on modernizing and optimizing procurement-related services. This role will play a key part in enhancing ServiceNow Request Management and Service Catalog capabilities, helping to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and support operational excellence.
Working closely with procurement, platform, and business stakeholders, you will design and implement scalable solutions that automate processes, strengthen compliance, and provide meaningful reporting and insights. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll analyze existing procurement workflows, approval processes, and ServiceNow catalog structures to identify opportunities for improvement
• You’ll design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and catalog items to support request fulfillment processes
• You’ll build and maintain automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and related platform capabilities
• You’ll implement compliance controls, audit tracking, and governance requirements within ServiceNow solutions
• You’ll create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into service performance, approvals, SLAs, and operational metrics
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support testing and deployment activities
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM and Request Management experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required
• Experience designing and supporting Service Catalogs, workflows, approval processes, and request fulfillment solutions
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, GlideRecord, and Flow Designer
• Experience developing dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions within ServiceNow
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills
