Your Responsibilities
Youll lead enterprise-wide technology transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
Youll oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Youll manage technology procurement initiatives, including procurement strategies, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and software acquisition processes.
Youll develop and maintain executive-level reporting, project status updates, presentations, and governance documentation.
Youll build strong partnerships with business leaders, technical teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Youll identify and mitigate project risks, manage scope changes, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Youll lead change management activities that support the successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale enterprise IT transformation projects in complex, multi-departmental environments.
Post-secondary education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Demonstrated experience managing technology software procurement projects, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and contract management activities.
Strong knowledge of project governance, organizational change management, data migration, business transformation, and risk management methodologies.
Experience working within matrix project environments using Microsoft Enterprise Project Management, SharePoint, or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and public sector experience are considered assets.
