About the Role 

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, high-risk capital projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they’re completed safely, on time, and within budget. With full accountability and delegated authority, you’ll partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Demonstrate leadership and accountability for safety across all project activities  

• Oversee high-value, multi-year projects ($15M+) including scope, cost, schedule, and risk  

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors with clear goals and accountability  

• Define team structure, manage performance, and support contractor oversight  

• Approve project expenditures and ensure financial compliance and control  

• Lead project planning including scope, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management  

• Coordinate resources across engineering, procurement, safety, and construction  

• Oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement initiatives  

• Monitor project performance, report progress, and implement corrective actions  

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, regulators, and leadership  

• Manage internal teams and external consultants to meet project objectives  

• Ensure project governance, processes, and tools are consistently applied 

Qualifications 

• 5–8 years of project management experience in regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, energy, utilities) 

• Experience supporting or leading projects valued between $5M–$15M 

• Background in project leadership roles managing scope, cost, schedule, and performance 

• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors 

• Experience working with internal stakeholders and some client-facing exposure 

• Strong knowledge of project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
