Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to define, develop, and manage our data centre offerings. This role is responsible for translating market demand, customer requirements, and technical capabilities into commercially viable, scalable data centre products. The successful candidate will own product definition and value proposition while supporting execution of key customer deals, ensuring solutions are deliverable, aligned, and clearly understood across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve data centre product offerings, including colocation (wholesale and retail), powered shell/build-to-suit, and high-density AI-ready solutions
  • Develop product roadmaps aligned to market demand, capacity planning, and infrastructure capabilities (power, cooling, land) while identifying new opportunities such as alternative power strategies and modular builds
  • Support priority customer opportunities from concept through contract execution by partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to translate requirements into structured solutions and validate feasibility
  • Ensure alignment between product capabilities, commercial commitments, delivery timelines, and infrastructure readiness while proactively mitigating risks related to capacity, power, schedule, and SLAs
  • Support development of customer proposals, solution frameworks, and pricing models (capacity, power, SLAs) while aligning product positioning with revenue targets, cost structures, and long-term strategy
  • Act as the owner of product definition by ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and accurately reflected in customer contracts while partnering with Legal to validate SLAs, power commitments, and delivery assumptions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Construction/Delivery, Operations, and Finance to ensure solutions are technically feasible, operationally supportable, and commercially viable
  • Define and align product requirements for power (grid, generation, hybrid) and cooling (air, liquid, high-density) while supporting load management, infrastructure optimization, and alternative energy strategies
  • Monitor product and deal performance across sales pipeline, conversion, delivery timelines, and margin performance while capturing lessons learned to improve future product design and reduce risk
  • Establish standardized product definitions, governance, and documentation while improving alignment between product, contracts, and execution and supporting tools for lifecycle, capacity, and infrastructure tracking

Critical Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in data centre, infrastructure, or related technical/commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of data centre design (power, cooling, redundancy) and commercial structures (leases, SLAs, capacity commitments)
  • Experience supporting or structuring complex infrastructure or commercial deals with ability to work across technical and commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in colocation or hyperscale environments and exposure to power infrastructure (utility, generation, alternative energy)
  • Familiarity with customer contracts, deal structuring, capacity planning, and site development
