Altis Inc. is currently looking for a senior level sales driven and results-focused Account Manager to play a key role in growing our Finance & Accounting staffing division. This role is perfect for someone coming from the staffing industry, who is passionate about diving into sales/business development, loves cold outreach, and someone who would enjoy building, developing and nurturing new and existing partnerships and client relationships. 5+ years of previous staffing industry experience will be required for this opportunity.

This role will rely on your instincts to understand our clients’ roles and requirements, and our candidates’ career objectives, qualifications, and skills. It will call on your superb client service skills to bring all parties together and to treat others with respect and care. This position requires business development skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation. The ideal long-term trajectory for this role includes leading by example, coaching, and mentoring a team of Account Managers to drive performance, professional development, and client success.
