About the Opportunity

Working within a collaborative and people-focused team, you will support end users through device upgrades, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with users, learning from experienced IT professionals, and building their technical expertise in both Windows and Mac environments.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate laptop upgrades, including scheduling deployments, collecting devices, and facilitating Windows 11 installations
• You’ll manage loaner device distribution and support equipment shipping for remote employees
• You’ll track deployment progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout the migration project
• You’ll provide Tier 1 helpdesk support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• You’ll assist users with VPN access, password resets, and general technical support requests
• You’ll escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required
• You’ll support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Mac devices within an enterprise environment
Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, helpdesk support, or a related technical role
• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Systems Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VPN connectivity, and enterprise desktop environments
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and support non-technical users
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience configuring and supporting Mac devices or macOS environments is considered a strong asset
