About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join a collaborative technology team supporting a complex enterprise environment within the public sector. In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of critical business applications that help drive operational excellence and service delivery.

Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions while helping to modernize and improve existing systems. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll contribute to the development and configuration of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
• You’ll analyze business requirements and design technical solutions that support evolving operational needs
• In this role, you’ll develop, test, and implement enhancements using Dynamics 365, .NET, JavaScript, and C#
• You’ll perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, providing recommendations and long-term solutions
• You’ll create and maintain technical documentation, testing plans, procedures, and knowledge base content
• You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality technology solutions
• You’ll support compliance, audit, and application maintenance activities while identifying opportunities for service improvements

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive software development experience in enterprise environments
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM (version 2016 or later)
• 5+ years of experience using JavaScript, C#, Visual Studio, and Microsoft .NET Framework
• Demonstrated experience working with Swagger, RESTful Web API services, and system integrations
• Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts
• Strong understanding of source control methodologies and tools, including advanced branching and merging techniques
• Postsecondary education in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Front Door, APIM, B2C, and Power Apps is considered an asset
