About the Opportunity

A respected and established organization within the commercial real estate sector is seeking a Corporate Administrator & Junior Business Analyst to join its collaborative and entrepreneurial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience across business operations, finance, technology, and strategic initiatives while working closely with senior leadership.

Reporting directly to a highly experienced CFO, you will play a key role in supporting business improvement projects, administrative operations, and technology-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to drive efficiency and innovation. As you grow within the organization, you will have the opportunity to develop into a more formal Business Analyst role.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll support senior leadership with business analysis, research, reporting, and strategic projects.
• You'll identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• You'll research emerging technologies and recommend tools that improve business workflows and productivity.
• You'll document business processes, operational procedures, and workflow improvements across departments.
• You'll coordinate office administration activities and support day-to-day corporate operations.
• You'll assist with employee onboarding, vendor coordination, facilities management, and internal corporate initiatives.
• You'll coordinate workplace technology activities, including account setup, hardware deployment, software licensing, and technology vendor support.
• You'll serve as a liaison between employees and third-party IT providers, assisting with basic troubleshooting and ensuring technology-related issues are resolved efficiently.
• You'll support the management of technology assets, including laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software licenses.
• You'll provide occasional reception coverage, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including relevant internships, co-op placements, or early-career roles.
• Demonstrated interest in business analysis, process improvement, technology, automation, or artificial intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar platforms is considered a strong asset.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common workplace technology issues, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, docking stations, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
