Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being a true strategic partner? This is an exciting opportunity to support a senior executive within a diversified private organization with interests spanning hospitality, philanthropy, investment initiatives, and special projects. You'll play a central role in helping drive priorities forward while working closely with a highly engaged and entrepreneurial leader.

This position goes far beyond traditional executive support. You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, lead projects from concept to completion, contribute ideas, and serve as a key point of coordination across multiple initiatives. Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage a complex and evolving calendar, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and key priorities
• You'll oversee email management, correspondence drafting, and ensure urgent matters are appropriately prioritized
• You'll take ownership of projects, providing updates, tracking deliverables, and driving initiatives to completion
• You'll support philanthropic activities, stakeholder engagement, research projects, and community initiatives
• You'll coordinate travel, events, presentations, and administrative activities across multiple areas of responsibility
• You'll review documents, prepare responses, conduct research, and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• You'll act as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality

Skills and Qualifications
• 4-7 years of progressive Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience supporting executives or high-profile individuals
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
• Excellent written communication skills, including drafting correspondence, presentations, and executive-level documents
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
