What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse functions
  • Building and developing high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and leadership
  • Driving safety, operational performance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement
  • Partnering closely with maintenance and production teams to maximize uptime and efficiency
  • Supporting capital projects, operational improvements, and long-term plant strategy
  • Maintaining a strong presence on the production floor and building credibility with employees at all levels
  • Developing future leaders and strengthening the culture of accountability, urgency, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong maintenance and technical background required
  • Hands-on experience supporting mechanical, electrical, maintenance, reliability, trades, or engineering functions
  • Experience leading maintenance, engineering, production, manufacturing, operations, or plant teams

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to lead people, build teams, and drive results
  • A high sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability

Who You Are
