About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected public sector regulatory organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a busy financial services division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.
In this role, you will play a key part in keeping administrative operations running smoothly while contributing to important regulatory and business processes. You will collaborate with management teams, coordinate events and meetings, and provide high-quality administrative support that directly impacts organizational effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide administrative support to multiple managers, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently
• You'll coordinate meetings, events, schedules, and related logistics for leadership teams
• You'll manage high-volume administrative processes, including document review, tracking, and workflow coordination
• You'll prepare, revise, and process correspondence, notices, decision documents, and supporting materials in accordance with established procedures
• You'll maintain accurate records and ensure service standards and deadlines are consistently met
• You'll support expense management activities and other administrative functions using various software applications
Skills and Qualifications
• 2–5 years of administrative experience supporting management within a professional office environment
• Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, and executive or management support activities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience using SaaS-based applications, including expense management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within the public sector, financial services, banking, or regulatory environments is a strong asset
