Your Responsibilities

• You’ll respond to customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, scheduling, and order status through phone, email, and internal systems
• You’ll process and manage customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• You’ll coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth order flow
• You’ll monitor order activity and proactively communicate potential delays or concerns
• You’ll support customers by identifying solutions and recommending products or alternatives based on their needs
• You’ll maintain accurate records and assist with backend order maintenance and documentation
• You’ll contribute to process improvements and support additional projects as required

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related support role within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is considered an asset
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
• Industry exposure within manufacturing, distribution, or technical products is considered an asset
