Location: Toronto, ON (On-site, flexible scheduling including one weekend day)

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Resident Experience Coordinator to join a growing residential property management team supporting a high-volume community with a diverse resident population.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service instincts with resilience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Working closely with residents, maintenance teams, leasing professionals, and property operations, you will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience while helping ensure community standards and operational excellence are maintained.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, complaints, and service requests
• You'll coordinate maintenance requests, pest control activities, notices, and resident communications
• You'll collect resident payments and support payment-related inquiries and follow-up activities
• You'll act as a liaison between residents, contractors, maintenance teams, and management
• You'll conduct property walkthroughs and identify maintenance, safety, or community concerns
• You'll support move-ins, move-outs, resident retention initiatives, and community engagement activities

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in residential property management, hospitality, resident services, customer service, or a related field
• Experience managing high-volume customer interactions and resolving challenging situations professionally
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to remain calm, resilient, and solution-focused in demanding environments
• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or similar property management software is an asset
• Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, Property Management, Community Services, or a related field is preferred
