Our client, a values-driven financial services organization, is seeking a relationship-focused Wealth Advisor to join their growing Wealth Management team. In this role, you'll partner closely with retail branch teams to support members with investment, retirement, and financial planning solutions. Your Responsibilities

• You'll build and grow a portfolio of wealth management clients through branch referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• You'll develop strong relationships with branch partners to generate referral opportunities and identify member needs.
• You'll provide investment, retirement, estate, and financial planning advice tailored to each client's goals.
• You'll conduct portfolio reviews and asset consolidation strategies to help clients maximize their financial outcomes.
• You'll leverage Centres of Influence (COIs), professional networks, and referrals to attract new business.
• You'll educate members and branch partners on wealth management solutions, investment products, and planning strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, investment sales, financial planning, or a related advisory role
• Completion of CSC, CPH, and WME, with current registration as an Investment Representative (CIRO)
• CFP or PFP designation preferred; CIM or CFA considered an asset
• Demonstrated success in asset gathering, business development, and client acquisition
• Experience working with ETFs and fee-based investment solutions
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• A proactive, sales-driven approach with the ability to build trust and influence clients
