As an HR Information Systems Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, data integrity, and continuous improvement of the Oracle HCM human resources management system. Your role involves identifying, planning, designing, testing, and implementing solutions aimed at optimizing the use of the system and meeting the evolving needs of the HR department as a whole.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing functional and technical support for Oracle HCM modules related to learning, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Support HR teams in the deployment of training, skills development, and performance management programs via Oracle HCM.
  • Ensure data integrity in the Oracle HCM system by implementing control and verification mechanisms.
  • Work closely with the external operations team to resolve Oracle HCM system issues and address assigned improvement requests.
  • Analyze requirements for improvements and updates to the Oracle HCM system in collaboration with the various departments involved.
  • Draft project documentation.
  • Help develop and implement solutions designed to improve the processes and functionality of the Oracle HCM system.
  • Develop and implement custom reports in Oracle HCM to meet the specific needs of various HR departments.
  • Train and advise users of various systems on how to use them effectively and on best practices for HR information management.
  • Stay constantly informed about changes and new developments related to HRIS, including Oracle HCM updates and new features, while taking applicable laws and regulations into account.
  • Work closely with the HR systems technician to provide effective support for their activities.
  • Perform minor configurations and customizations with the assistance of the external operations team.
  • Ensure that configuration documentation is kept up to date.
  • Perform all necessary related tasks.
  • Actively participate in change management related to your module: preparing communications, assisting with user training, documenting procedures, and supporting the adoption of new features.
