About the Opportunity
An established organization in the infrastructure and heavy civil construction sector is seeking a Bridge Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of complex bridge and transportation projects across Ontario. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced project managers, field teams, consultants, and subcontractors on projects that directly impact communities and critical public infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys balancing technical coordination with hands-on project support. You’ll play an important role in maintaining project schedules, supporting cost controls, coordinating documentation, and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support project planning activities including scheduling, milestone tracking, constructability reviews, and execution coordination
• In this role, you’ll maintain project documentation including drawings, meeting minutes, correspondence, and revision tracking
• You’ll assist with cost tracking, forecasting, production reporting, change management, and budget monitoring activities
• You’ll coordinate procurement activities, supplier communication, subcontractor documentation, and material delivery schedules
• In this role, you’ll provide operational support to field teams through quantity take-offs, inspections, testing coordination, and technical issue tracking
• You’ll help support safety, quality, and environmental compliance programs across active project sites
• You’ll assist with project closeout activities including deficiency tracking, turnover documentation, and as-built records
Skills and Qualifications
• 1–5 years of experience in bridge, structural concrete, or heavy civil construction projects
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred
• Previous experience or working knowledge of bridge construction methods, formwork systems, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement
• Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
• Familiarity with Ontario Health & Safety Act and Construction Regulations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction or project management software
