Altis Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organization in the funeral and cemetery services sector to hire an Administrative Assistant to support a collaborative Cemetery Services team. This newly created role was designed to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to a group of Cemetery Counsellors, helping ensure families receive timely, compassionate, and professional service during important moments in their lives.
Working from the organization’s Ottawa office, you’ll be part of a close-knit and supportive team environment that balances professionalism with a positive and welcoming culture. You’ll collaborate closely with counsellors, funeral directors, and office staff while contributing to projects, file management, customer inquiries, and operational coordination across multiple locations.
You’ll join a people-focused workplace that values teamwork, open communication, and employee support. The team takes pride in maintaining a respectful, collaborative atmosphere with an open-door leadership style and opportunities to contribute beyond your core responsibilities.
