In this role, you will partner closely with property management, operations, and legal teams, playing a key role in ensuring financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making. Your work will have a visible impact on portfolio performance and ongoing process improvements.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
• You’ll perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
• You’ll oversee rent invoicing and monitor collections to ensure timely payments
• You’ll analyze financial variances and prepare monthly performance reports, including NOI
• You’ll contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in real estate or property accounting within a commercial portfolio
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is considered an asset
• CPA designation is an asset
• Proficiency with real estate accounting systems such as Yardi, Hopem, or Space
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and organized approach
