About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integration Specialist to play a key role in designing and delivering modern API and middleware solutions within a large, complex environment. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives that support enterprise-wide systems and services, helping teams connect data, applications, and platforms in a seamless and scalable way.

Working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner closely with both technical and business stakeholders to bring integration strategies to life. This role sits within a public sector environment where your work will directly support essential services and digital transformation efforts that impact communities at scale.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, develop, and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and CloudHub
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions aligned to business needs
• In this role, you’ll build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• You’ll apply integration patterns using Apache Camel and support enterprise-level data flows
• You’ll ensure compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards across all integration solutions
• You’ll contribute to documentation, testing, and ongoing optimization of integration services

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and CloudHub for API and integration development
• 3+ years of strong Java programming experience, including object-oriented design and performance optimization
• 3+ years of experience building microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and dependency injection
• Experience with DataWeave for complex data transformation across formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV
• Familiarity with Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design principles
• Experience integrating front-end UI with APIs and leveraging AI coding tools to enhance development efficiency
