The Marketing Operations team support the Air Miles program and its Partners achieving their marketing and strategic objectives by:
Developing and managing technical and business capabilities to deliver on our Martech Strategy (Adobe and Others)
Supporting the development and delivery / publishing of personalized content through owned and external marketing channels
Act as internal subjecting matter experts, consulting on best practices for designing and developing an inventory of standardized, "real time" programs and ad hoc communications across all (direct to consumer) channels
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build and manage tools that support the efficient delivery of marketing services
The Marketing Technology Capabilities Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and leads two direct reports to help the Marketing Operations teams make effective use of the Martech Stack.
Responsibilities:
Identify best practices for use of Adobe tools to design, build and deployment and omni-channel programs
Collaborate with and training the Marketing Operations Delivery and Content teams in their use of Adobe technologies (Journey Optimizer and RTCDP, ACC, and Target), processes and best practices
Engage with vendor resources as needed when designing solutions
Design and build processes to help Marketing Operations manage the smooth deployment of always-on programs
Design, build and implement reusable solutions for use by the Marketing Operation delivery teams
Support the efficient creation of ad hoc, scheduled and always-on campaign / programs
Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Marketing technologies (AEP, Target, ACC)
Experience with Campaign Management Technologies (ACC preferred)
Experienced in traditional CRM marketing and related tools
Expertise designing, developing and delivery of B2C always on, omni-channel marketing efforts
Deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, and how to design, build and deploy omni-channel campaigns and programs using Adobe technologies
Well versed with data and the tools used to access and manipulate data (Databricks, Python, SQL)
