We're actively hiring for our client who are looking to add Records Technician Analysts to their team for 12-months. Agilus is recruiting for a Records Technician Analyst in the Oil and Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta. The perfect person for this role has previous records management experience in the oil and gas space. Responsibilities: Analyze and review content of acquisition records for both electronic and physical formats and assign proper classification. Organize collections of documents including drawings, specifications, and other engineering documents to be sent to offsite storage. Transfer large volumes of electronic data into required repositories based on content review Apply correct file naming conventions and metadata standards You bring: 5+ years of experience in records administration, records analysis, or similar job title Ability to differentiate various types of records belonging to multiple departments including Wells, Facilities, Safety, Environment and Exploitation. Intermediate user of Excel Working experience with ERM systems Experience working with Documentum an asset. Ability to lift and move physical records boxes (up to 35 lbs.) Soft skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to take ownership and responsibility, and work with minimal supervision.
