MOC Administrator – Engineering Change & Process Safety Coordination Agilus is recruiting for a Contract MOC Administrator in the oil and gas in Calgary, Alberta. The MOC Administrator supports safe and compliant facility changes by coordinating, controlling, and assuring quality across the Management of Change process. This role works closely with engineering, construction, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure documentation accuracy, process integrity, and timely project turnover in a regulated operating environment. Total rewards: $64.00 - $80.00 hourly Exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering and field execution teams Meaningful contribution to process safety and risk management Collaborative team environment with technical subject matter experts Competitive compensation aligned to experience Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay Preferred rates for benefit coverage available Responsibilities: Perform independent quality control reviews of engineering work packages Coordinate engineering documentation flow across engineering and field teams Maintain facility engineering project repositories and SharePoint sites Track and manage MOC deficiencies and action items Support change requests including RFI, FCN, and Re-IFC documentation Capture project milestones and KPIs within SAP Interface with construction, maintenance, and document control teams Propose improvements to MOC processes, tools, and documentation standards Successful candidates will have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent experience Five to ten years of experience in oil and gas operations or engineering Demonstrated hands-on experience with Management of Change processes Strong understanding of process safety and risk management principles Proficiency using SAP for tracking, reporting, and data management Ability to manage multiple concurrent MOCs and priorities Familiarity with P&IDs, loop diagrams, and equipment datasheets Experience with PHAs, HAZOPs, and SIL analysis best practices This posting is for an active opening.
