How you will make an impact: Proactively source engineering and technical professionals through outreach, networking, referrals, targeted recruitment campaigns, and compelling job postings Conduct thoughtful, high-impact interviews and align candidates to opportunities that match their skills and career goals Prepare strong candidate submissions while guiding candidates through interview preparation, client interviews, and debrief discussions Manage end-to-end order fulfilment with accuracy and urgency to meet client needs Maintain timely, high-quality data within the applicant tracking system to support recruitment activities Complete reference checks and support candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless experience The successful candidate brings: Proven recruitment experience supporting engineering and technical roles, with the resilience to navigate complex and competitive talent markets A natural ability to engage, influence, and build trust; driven by curiosity, credibility, and persistence in long-cycle recruitment conversations Strong activity discipline and personal accountability, with a track record of pushing through challenges to deliver high-performance results Confidence communicating with diverse audiences across industries and skill levels, even in high-pressure or ambiguous situations High level of self-sufficiency and adaptability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the grit to quickly learn new systems and tools Hands-on experience using ATS and/or CRM platforms to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments This posting is for an active opening.
