Our client, a respected organization in the professional regulatory space, is seeking a Systems and Support Manager to lead the evolution of their enterprise technology environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals, while supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners, vendors, and leadership to deliver scalable systems and meaningful digital experiences. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide systems that support organizational operations
• In this role, you’ll manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
• You’ll collaborate with internal users and external vendors to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction
• You’ll oversee system performance, identify improvements, and recommend enhancements or replacements
• You’ll manage vendor relationships, contracts, and external support resources
• You’ll provide ongoing systems support, including user access, database administration, and issue resolution
• You’ll ensure data security, records management compliance, and adherence to organizational policies
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in information systems or project management roles
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, including CRM, CMS, databases, and payment processing platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and web-based platforms
• Solid understanding of IT concepts including APIs, system integrations, and user interface design
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
