Location: Moncton, NB (Hybrid, 3 days onsite). Ocassional travel required.

Salary: $131,687 – $148,221 + $2,000.23 bilingual bonus + benefits

As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening member engagement, advancing workplace rights, and supporting collective action across the Atlantic region.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams, union leadership, and community stakeholders to deliver programs, lead campaigns, and build solidarity. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead member engagement initiatives, supporting local leaders and fostering strong, active union participation
  • In this role, you’ll provide guidance on labour relations matters, including collective agreements, grievances, and workplace disputes
  • You’ll coordinate regional campaigns, mobilizing members and managing participation in events and advocacy efforts
  • You’ll represent members in hearings, appeals, and negotiations, ensuring their rights are protected
  • You’ll deliver training and education programs, building capacity among members and local leadership
  • You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, including employers, community groups, and government representatives

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in labour relations, union environments, or social justice advocacy
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and organize diverse groups toward shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage varied audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and strategic thinking
  • High level of adaptability, initiative, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
