Our client in the healthcare sector is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Parking Clerk to support a busy operations team. This role plays an important part in ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for staff, patients, and visitors in a high-traffic environment.
You will be working closely with internal teams and interacting directly with the public, helping to resolve parking-related inquiries and maintain accurate records. This is a fast-paced, people-facing role where your ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service will make a meaningful impact.

You’ll respond to parking inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, providing timely and accurate resolutions
In this role, you’ll manage and maintain parking records, privileges, and related data in real time
You’ll support administrative processes, including reporting and payroll-related record updates
You’ll troubleshoot and resolve immediate parking issues for staff and visitors
You’ll contribute to daily operations by performing additional clerical duties as needed
6+ months of recent clerical experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment
Strong data entry skills, with a minimum of 4,000 keystrokes per hour
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
