As the Legal Services Supervisor, you will:
An authentic and engaging leader, invested in sharing knowledge with others to build a strong, collaborative and high functioning team.
A key partner in influencing the development of the Division’s overall mission, purpose and mandate, and be a critical part of ensuring the Division’s effective operational and legal supports.
A continuous learner who brings constant awareness of legal and legislative changes, and ensures these are communicated to staff in a timely and effective manner to support their successful delivery of legal supports to the General Litigation practice group.

You have successfully completed a paralegal or legal assistant diploma or certificate from a recognized post secondary institution, plus several years of directly related experience supervising a team.

This is a permanent opportunity based in the Halifax office.

Pay Grade: EC 08
Salary Range: $2,683.70 - $3,354.62 Bi-Weekly
