Salary: From $31.05 per Hour
 

Location: Remote.
Schedule: 5 days rotation across the week (including weekends). Required availability between 10 am and 9 pm EST (8 hours/shift).
Language: Strong written and spoken English required - Bilingualism is an asset
Duration: 11 weeks to start with a high chance of extention
Background Check Requirement: Criminal record check required upon hiring along with 2 professional references.

About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a national, mission-driven organization to find a Senior Coordinator, Mobilization who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure the seamless coordination of workforce mobilization efforts across multiple time zones, supporting teams that deliver critical services when they are needed most.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative network of coordinators, stakeholders, and operational leaders, playing a key role in maintaining continuity, improving processes, and supporting decision-making. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly will directly contribute to the success of essential programs and services.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll support the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • You’ll coordinate logistics, documentation, and technical support needs to enable smooth daily operations
  • You’ll prepare reports, briefing materials, and maintain accurate program documentation and trackers
  • You’ll facilitate meetings, manage calendars, and ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders
  • You’ll analyze data, track key performance indicators, and support informed decision-making
  • You’ll contribute to process improvements, maintaining operational standards and tools

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in program, operations or service coordination, with a post-secondary diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
  • Ability to influence, mentor others in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive or escalated situations
  • Experience supporting program planning, reporting, and evaluation activities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Own equipment: 2 monitors, web camera, headset, keyboard, strong internet, Windows based PC/Laptop (Windows 7 and newer) or Mac 2025 versions and newer, ethernet cord.
