As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of diverse transportation projects—from early planning through to design—while collaborating on multi-disciplinary work across both public and private sector clients. You’ll be involved in projects such as municipal roadways, corridor upgrades, active transportation networks, roundabouts, and modernized intersection designs.
Lead projects independently while guiding a team through problem definition, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution strategy
Oversee multiple projects across planning, design, and construction phases, including financial performance and delivery outcomes
Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, timelines, and overall work plans
Take ownership of projects from early concept through to detailed design and construction support, including technical leadership
Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and client deliverables
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and technical development
Provide technical review and oversight on complex projects during construction to ensure quality and compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subconsultants
Ensure successful project delivery with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a current Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in engineering design and project delivery
Proven experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers, technologists, or designers
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Solid understanding of civil engineering principles related to municipal infrastructure planning, design, and construction
Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on multiple project timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills (French considered an asset)
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Competitive base salary in the range of $95,000-$130,000, based on experience
