About the Opportunity

Our client, a respected organization within the Non-profit sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support key program areas through insightful financial analysis and advisory. This role offers a unique opportunity to step beyond traditional reporting and begin shaping financial strategy alongside experienced business partners.

Working closely with senior Finance Business Partners and program stakeholders, you will play a key role in translating financial data into meaningful insights. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to grow from a strong analytical foundation into a more consultative, relationship-driven finance role.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll support budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple program areas
• In this role, you’ll deliver variance analysis and prepare regular financial reports
• You’ll partner with stakeholders to explain financial results and provide actionable insights
• You’ll manage a steady volume of requests, balancing competing priorities effectively
• You’ll collaborate with senior Finance Business Partners to support ongoing financial planning activities

Skills and Qualifications

3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally at the Senior Financial Analyst level
• CPA designation completed or in progress
• Strong Excel skills and a solid analytical foundation
• Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Exposure to public sector, healthcare, or non-profit environments is considered an asset
