About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing trades, driving schedules, controlling costs, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines.
You’ll be on-site, in the details, and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects ranging from approximately $10M–$40M in value

  • Manage all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and closeout

  • Oversee budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timelines are met

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades directly

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment

  • Analyze risk, cash flow project costs and report monthly to the Executive team on project status

  • Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across all parties

  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively

  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are upheld

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Proven 7+ years of ICI and residential experience managing construction projects on the GC side

  • Ability to independently lead projects in the $10M–$40M range

  • Strong experience with budgeting, cost control, and project reporting

  • Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and building systems

  • Experience managing trades and subcontractors directly 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable being on-site daily and driving project execution

  • PMP and P.Eng are strong assets
