About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading consulting organization, is seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer to support a high-impact enterprise integration initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems, helping bridge business needs with technical execution through scalable and efficient integration solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, architects, and platform teams, to design and implement integrations that drive operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead integration design workshops, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• You’ll design and develop integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• You’ll build and implement SOAP and REST web services to enable seamless system communication
• You’ll conduct testing across all stages, including unit, SIT, and UAT, ensuring high-quality delivery
• You’ll troubleshoot, optimize, and deploy integration components using TIBCO Administrator
• You’ll act as a key liaison between upstream and downstream systems, ensuring secure and reliable integrations

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5.x/BW6.x) and TIBCO EMS
• Strong experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST-based services
• Proven ability in data transformation, mapping, and integration patterns
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, Databricks, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, including Azure and Power Platform
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
