À propos de l’opportunité
Notre client, dans le secteur de la gestion immobilière, est à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) à l’entretien d’immeuble afin d’offrir une expérience résidentielle exceptionnelle. Ce rôle clé contribue à maintenir des espaces sécuritaires, propres et accueillants au sein d’une communauté résidentielle moderne.

En collaboration avec l’équipe des opérations, vous serez une présence essentielle sur place, veillant au bon fonctionnement des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Votre travail aura un impact direct sur la satisfaction des résidents et la qualité globale de l’environnement de vie.

Vos responsabilités
• Vous assurerez la propreté et l’entretien des aires communes, des stationnements et des espaces extérieurs, incluant la gestion des déchets et le déneigement saisonnier
• Dans ce rôle, vous effectuerez des tâches d’entretien régulières comme la vérification des installations (piscine, spa, sauna), l’irrigation et les inspections du toit vert
• Vous répondrez aux demandes des résidents avec professionnalisme afin d’offrir un service de qualité
• Vous participerez au suivi des bons de travail, à la coordination des fournisseurs et aux inspections quotidiennes des unités vacantes
• Vous respecterez les normes de santé et sécurité, incluant la manipulation adéquate des matériaux et l’entretien des espaces mécaniques

Compétences et qualifications
• Minimum d’un an d’expérience en entretien d’immeuble ou dans un rôle similaire
• Diplôme d’études secondaires avec certifications WHMIS, SIMDUT, SST et premiers soins
• Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et communication
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
• Capacité physique à soulever jusqu’à 50 lb et effectuer des tâches répétitives
• À l’aise avec les outils numériques et applications mobiles
• Disponibilité flexible, incluant soirs, fins de semaine et garde sur appel

About the Opportunity
Our client in the property management sector is seeking a dedicated Building Attendant to help deliver a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment. This role plays an essential part in maintaining shared spaces and supporting a seamless resident experience within a residential community.

Working closely with the Building Operations team, you will be a key on-site presence, ensuring that all areas are well maintained and operating efficiently. Your efforts will directly contribute to resident satisfaction and a strong sense of community.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll maintain cleanliness across common areas, parking, and exterior grounds, including waste management and seasonal snow removal
• In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance such as pool and sauna checks, irrigation monitoring, and roof inspections
• You’ll respond to resident concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
• You’ll support work orders, vendor coordination, and daily vacant suite inspections
• You’ll uphold health and safety standards and maintain organized mechanical spaces

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in property maintenance or a similar role
• High school diploma with WHMIS, OHSA, and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable using mobile devices and applications
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
