About the Role
As an Architectural Designer / Architect, you will contribute across all phases of the design process, from early concept through to construction. You’ll take on a high level of ownership within project teams, working both independently and collaboratively to deliver thoughtful, well-executed design solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design concepts and develop innovative architectural solutions

  • Prepare and coordinate drawings across schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases

  • Support the production of presentations, renderings, and models

  • Participate in design reviews, workshops, and team discussions

  • Conduct material and product research to inform design decisions

  • Assist with contract administration and site-related activities

  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in documentation

  • Coordinate with consultants and project partners

  • Communicate ideas clearly and contribute positively to team dynamics

  • Support the development and mentorship of junior team members

Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture

  • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience (candidates with additional experience are also encouraged to apply)

  • Experience with Revit

  • Experience with contract administration is an asset

  • Exposure to all project phases is preferred

  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems

  • Knowledge of materials and detailing

  • Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
