Your Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, rental data, and customer behavior to inform strategic marketing decisions
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner with property managers and leasing teams to drive occupancy and enhance tenant engagement through data-backed strategies
• Conduct competitive and industry research, including benchmarking and demographic analysis
• Contribute to broader analytics initiatives that support overall business performance and growth

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Experience with reporting tools and platforms such as Power BI or similar
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
• Knowledge of real estate, property management, or market rent analysis is an asset
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
