Your Responsibilities

• You will act as a subject matter expert across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR and Talent Management
• You will troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance
• In this role, you will configure, test, and document system enhancements aligned with client needs
• You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to support end-to-end system operations
• You will guide clients on best practices and support compliance with relevant standards
• You will assess quarterly system updates and recommend improvements and next steps

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions in a consulting or support capacity
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Talent Management
• Experience with system integrations, data analysis, and SQL is considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as IT, Business, or Computer Science
