Position Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will act as a liaison between the production, shipping/receiving and sales departments ensuring that all orders are out on time, picked up accordingly and all appropriate paperwork is completed to prevent any delays for invoicing. They are also responsible for assisting with shipping if necessary for COGS purchases.

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the warranty claim process and will work with the Product Owners and Finance department to ensure claims are processed and credits are issued.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all shipping
  • Sales order management after release.
  • Shipping arrangements, customer contact and pick up contact.
  • Handle all warranty claims and generate reporting periodically.
  • Support the purchasing department with logistical support
  • Report completed and ongoing tasks to the team regularly.
  • Have a great working knowledge of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System.
  • Actively participate in the compliance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance System.

Qualifications

  • University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Logistics or related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in the agriculture industry is considered an asset

Compensation

$50,00-$65,000
