You’ll work closely with Client Delivery managers, Payroll, and contractors to deliver a seamless, compliant, and positive experience. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where every contribution matters. Total rewards: Compensation model is base salary plus Agilus Team Bonus 3 weeks’ Vacation, Wellness days and a Community day Robust flexible benefits program with access to mental health care provider program Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model that supports both in-office collaboration and remote productivity Comprehensive onboarding program supported by early and easy access to the expansive Agilus community network How you will make an impact: Coordinate the full onboarding process for new contractors in support of Assignment Managers Distribute onboarding communications and gather all required documentation (safety tickets, emergency contacts, insurance coverage, etc.) Coordinate and track pre-screening requirements, including background checks, references, employment verification, and drug & alcohol clearances Issue contracts and ensure contractors are day-one ready Set up new contractors in internal systems to enable accurate payroll processing and time submission Provide hands-on support to contractors during the start of their assignment, resolving issues quickly and professionally Provide hands-on support to contractors during the start of their assignment, resolving issues quickly and professionally Track safety ticket compliance and manage documentation related to contract changes The successful candidate brings: Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A sense of urgency and comfort working to tight timelines Technologically adept and comfortable learning new systems quickly Team-oriented with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed Demonstrated customer service experience with a strong service mindset This posting is for an active opening.
