Agilus is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant in the Staffing Services Sector in a hybrid work environment in Ottawa, Ontario.
This role will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery while directly managing client relationships. You’ll recruit frontline and specialized call centre talent while acting as the primary point of contact for your clients owning intake conversations, delivery, service quality, and long-term partnership growth. This role blends hands-on recruiting with client management, ideal for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, and energized by results.
Total rewards:
$50000.00 - $60000.00 annually
Compensation model is base salary plus Agilus Team Bonus

How you will make an impact:
Recruit high-volume call centre talent, including customer service, technical support, and specialized contact centre roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake meetings and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and onboarding
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring service excellence and delivery against expectations
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, shift structures, performance profiles, and ramp timelines
Maintain strong pipelines to support fluctuating hiring demands and tight turnaround timelines
Provide regular updates, market insights, and recommendations to clients to strengthen long-term partnerships
Ensure compliance with internal processes, client requirements, and employment standards
The successful candidate brings:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter, ideally within staffing or high-volume environments
Experience recruiting call centre, contact centre, or customer-facing roles is strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities without sacrificing quality
Confidence working directly with clients to manage expectations, timelines, and delivery
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
High attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
