Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Ottawa, HQ (Hybrid)

Salary: $18.15 to 30.20/hourly rate dependent on level of education

Language Requirement: English Essential

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Support IT with the processing of invoices;

• Support IT with the processing of purchase orders and travels;

• Perform administrative assistant duties in support of the Director, Information Technology, as well as the management team;

• Support IT Management operations and maintenance;

• Support IT-related Work Request;

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to IT Management;

• Support the IT Service Desk with regards to desktop support, setup and take down of workstations as required.

What you need to succeed:
To qualify for the position, you must have:

• Enrolled in a college diploma or a university degree relevant to the duties of the position; and

• Collecting and organizing data;

• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets;

• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task and organize work efficiently;

To qualify and to be considered for this employment, you must:

•  Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;

• Be eligible to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance;

• Be a full-time or part-time CEGEP, College or University student; and

• Be returning to full-time or part-time studies in the next academic year.
