About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing global SaaS organization in the education technology space, is expanding into the North American market and building out their Toronto team. Their platform helps schools improve student safety, communication, and operational visibility, empowering educators and administrators to make faster, more informed decisions in real time.

This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-impact team at an early stage of growth in Canada. You’ll work closely with experienced sales leaders, SDRs, and marketing partners to drive meaningful conversations with private schools across North America. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, across a 30–45 day sales process
  • You’ll run discovery calls and product demos, uncovering key client pain points and aligning them to the value proposition
  • You’ll manage and grow your pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and strategic outbound prospecting
  • You’ll collaborate with SDRs and marketing to maximize lead conversion and pipeline velocity
  • You’ll maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • You’ll proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to long-term client retention

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience closing deals in the $15K–$30K range within a 30–45 day sales cycle
  • Strong discovery and objection-handling skills, with the ability to communicate value effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and exposure to sequencing or prospecting tools
  • High emotional intelligence, coachability, and a growth-oriented mindset
