Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Support Specialist and be part of an exciting operation where you'll lead, train, and inspire others while ensuring smooth distribution center operations!

What will you do:

• Lead and supervise a dedicated team of warehouse operators, ensuring safety protocols, ergonomic practices, and 5S standards are consistently maintained
• Conduct and manage sector SIM1 meetings, perform basic troubleshooting, and handle simple maintenance tasks as needed
• Train and certify operators while maintaining versatility matrices and contributing to operational documentation updates
• Coordinate operator movements across positions and sectors based on changing demands and priorities
• Perform hands-on warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping activities

• Strong operational knowledge of warehouse processes and multiple operation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain safety standards
• Technical or vocational education background in relevant field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and training skills with ability to document procedures
