About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact Senior Business Analyst role supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation within a public sector environment. You will play a key role in modernizing critical processes, helping transition from manual workflows to a streamlined, digital curriculum management system that will shape how stakeholders interact across the organization.
Working alongside a collaborative project team, including project management, senior business analysis, and change management professionals, you will engage closely with stakeholders and leadership to drive meaningful outcomes. This role requires someone who can bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to a complex, multi-phase implementation.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead business analysis activities within an active RFP phase, ensuring continuity and momentum across deliverables
• You’ll partner with stakeholders and evaluation committees to support vendor selection and decision-making
• You’ll drive requirements gathering and contribute to future state solution design
• You’ll identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization across functions
• You’ll support planning and transition into the design and implementation phase
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive business analysis experience, including enterprise-level projects
• Proven experience supporting large-scale SaaS implementations and business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts and dependencies
• Demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Experience in public sector or post-secondary environments is highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
