Location: Richmond Hill, ON (On-site, 5 days per week)
Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Duration: 2-month contract with potential for extension

About the Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly support both leadership and employee well-being. Working closely with a Director and a broader HR team, you will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to important employee support processes.

In this dual-focused role, you will split your time between executive-level administrative support and HR coordination. From managing calendars and tracking priorities to supporting complex sick leave processes, your work will help ensure employees receive timely and accurate support during critical moments. You will be surrounded by a supportive team that values reliability, empathy, and professionalism.

Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll manage calendar coordination, scheduling, and reminders to keep leadership organized and on track
  • You’ll support HR processes by coordinating sick leave documentation, tracking cases, and responding to employee inquiries
  • You’ll maintain and update spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of employee leave and related activities
  • You’ll assist with invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and general administrative workflows
  • You’ll act as a point of contact for internal inquiries, providing clear and professional communication
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting leadership and HR teams
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent HR experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and basic formulas for tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new processes
