Your Responsibilities
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
• In this role, you’ll install, configure, and test operating systems and applications at project sites
• You’ll monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and partner with developers to implement solutions
• You’ll support solution design by working closely with architects on system specifications and deployment needs
• You’ll contribute to documentation, including technical guides and training materials aligned with QA standards
• You’ll act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting evolving methodologies

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience delivering complex systems integration projects in high-stakes environments
• Degree in Engineering or a strong technical background in systems or software engineering
• Expertise with Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience working across the V-model lifecycle and with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
