We are seeking a Technology Controls Analyst to support our first‑line technology risk management programs. In this role, you will help identify, assess, and monitor technology and cybersecurity risks, ensuring controls are effective and aligned with regulatory and internal requirements.

You’ll work closely with cybersecurity, IT, and operations teams, gain hands‑on experience with enterprise‑scale risk and control programs, and build a strong foundation for a long‑term career in technology risk, cybersecurity governance, or compliance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support cybersecurity and technology risk activities within first‑line risk management programs, aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  • Coordinate and execute inherent risk assessments, process risk and control assessments, and technology controls testing.

  • Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure technology risks and controls are clearly identified, documented, and monitored.

  • Support Risk & Control Self‑Assessments (RCSAs) and Process Criticality & Inherent Risk Assessments (PCIRAs) for technology‑enabled processes.

  • Develop and maintain technology process flows, narratives, and risk scenarios.

  • Coordinate evidence gathering to support technology controls testing and regulatory activities.

  • Assist with the review of third‑party SOC 1 (Service Organization Control) reports and assessment of related user/entity controls.

  • Lead assigned projects or workstreams with growing autonomy while collaborating closely with experienced risk and cybersecurity partners.

  • Apply strong analytical judgment to interpret risk information, validate results, and recommend practical improvements.

  • Act as a subject‑matter resource within your area, sharing knowledge and contributing to team effectiveness.

  • Coordinate activities for small initiatives while contributing to broader team objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity risk, IT controls, audit, or compliance.

  • Experience supporting risk and control assessments, compliance reviews, or control testing activities.

  • Foundational knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security concepts.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with risk and control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.

  • Exposure to SOC reporting, third‑party risk, or regulatory compliance activities.

  • Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
